Today we all are very well aware of the use of small card called as credit card that can be a substitution of direct cash. By using these cards you can avoid the use of direct cash and deal all money with the help of credit card. People who avoid the responsibility of cash usually are more comfortable with the cash. Many people are quite interested in the details of credit card processing. This process constitutes of four steps and those are authorization, batching, clearing and funding. Entities present in a process are called as card holder, merchant, issuer and acquirer. All players are playing their roles in different regards.
When user uses a credit card for buying some kind of thing then the whole process starts. After the starting of the process the first thing done is the placing of request to the acquirer by the merchant. After receiving the request from the merchant, acquirer sent the request to the issuer for further authentication of data being used in the transaction. If issuer found no problem then he sends the code that is of authentication to acquirer. Then in credit card processing merchant got the code form acquirer and considers it as the authentication of credit card holder. So, in this way card holder is validated for further transactions. In various regions of the world the use of credit card is being preferred by many people. The visible reality of credit card is in USA where 23 billion cards are used on the yearly basis.
